The F&I deal queue
that finally
plays fair.
Qredact is the multi-tenant F&I platform where customer info, salesperson, and vehicle stay redacted until an F&I manager claims the deal. No more cherry-picking. No more arguments. Just a fair queue and a permanent audit trail.
Two fights every multi-rooftop group has — and accepts.
One you can see. One you can't. Both cost deals.
The closer cherry-picks.
The strong closer takes the high-PVR deals. The new F&I gets the leftovers. Sales managers spend their day refereeing instead of selling cars. The audit trail lives in a Slack thread nobody can find.
Loud. Daily. Everyone knows it's happening.
The deal disappears.
Sales submits the deal. Then it vanishes into F&I “land.” Was it approved? Conditioned? Stalled in desk review? Did anyone follow up with the customer? Most tools log that the deal happened — none keep it in your face while it's in flight.
Silent. Costly. Get-me-dones forgotten on a Friday afternoon.
Three states. One fair queue.
Sales submits the deal. The queue is blind. The first F&I to claim wins the deal — and only then sees who it's for. Cherry-picking becomes impossible because there's nothing to cherry-pick.
Sales submits the deal
Desk manager or sales manager submits the deal from the Sales Desk tab — store, stock #, deal type, money down. Customer info is captured but never shown to F&I until claimed.
Queue stays blind
F&I sees a queue of deals with all identifying info redacted. Store, deal type, trade flag, and a timer — that's it. No customer name. No salesperson. No stock number. Server-side enforced, not just UI.
First to claim, wins
F&I clicks claim. Customer info unlocks for them and only them. Atomic — two F&I clicking simultaneously, only one wins. Permanent audit trail. The fight is over.

The demo video is almost ready.
We're putting the finishing touches on a 2-minute walkthrough showing the blind queue, approval workflow, and cross-store handoff in action. Get on the early access list and we'll send you the link the day it's live.
In the meantime, the 2-minute quiz will give you a quick tour of what's inside.
Built for how F&I actually works.
Every feature came from a real frustration on a real deal at a real dealership. No engineer-guessing. No SaaS bloat. Just the tools you'd build yourself if you had the time.
Blind queue, your way.
Customer info, salesperson, and stock # stay redacted until F&I claims the deal. You decide what stays blind, at what stage, and from which roles. Server-side enforced — even a hacked frontend can't reveal what your config hides.
Approval workflow with a real Conditioned state.
Most F&I tools force every deal into approved-or-not. Qredact handles Conditioned correctly — routes to Desk Review with four actions: back to queue, reassign, save for later, mark dead. F&I keeps deal credit.
Rooftop Handoff for deals that don't fit here.
Conditioned at Store A but Store B has the inventory or lender pool? Desk Manager or F&I Director sends the deal over — docs and all — with one click. Customer follows, deal doesn't die.
Cross-Store View at the top of every page.
See every deal at every rooftop, live. Spot a queue backing up at one store while another sits idle — then rebalance coverage before customers wait. Filter to any single store with one click.
Documents attached to the deal, not the desk.
Sales uploads DL, insurance, POI, POR, bookout, and agreed numbers to the deal directly. F&I pulls them up from the queue — no waiting on a folder that's missing two docs, no walking into the box blind on a customer.
Scheduling that knows your busy hours.
Tracks your queue wait times, claim times, and approval times to flag your busiest windows — then recommends keeping coverage tight (no lunches, no breaks) during those hours. Recommendations only, never enforced.
“I built this for my own dealership first. I'm an F&I Director — not an engineer guessing at the workflow. Qredact ships the tools I wish I'd had for the last decade in the box.”
Stop refereeing the F&I floor.
Stop losing deals in the gap.
Every deal stays in your face from submission to delivery. Approved, conditioned, stalled, in desk review — you see it before the customer slips away. No black box. No “wait, where did that deal go?” No get-me-done forgotten on a Friday afternoon.
